SILICONE PRIMER
Silicone primer is primarily used to bond unvulcanised silicone rubber (both addition-type and peroxide-system) to metals, PA, PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), and other similar materials.

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method. 3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
1.Store the product in a dry, shaded area away from heat and open flames.
2. Replace the cover after each use to prevent evaporation. For longer storage, keep the used primer separately.
3. The solvent is hazardous. Ensure good ventilation, avoid fire hazards, and do not breathe fumes or let the solvent touch skin for long periods.
4. Before mold curing, test the silicone primer with your substrates. Contact with organic compounds (N, P, S) or ionic substances (Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi) can inhibit curing.
